HAVE AN INITIAL CONSULT
First, we’ll have an initial consultation in which we discuss your goals, symptoms, habits, and health history. During our consult I’ll recommend different labs and tests based on your unique needs.
GET YOUR TESTS
After our session you’ll be emailed a link to order your labs directly from the lab. Your test kits will ship the following business day after your order is placed. They’ll arrive approx. 2-4 days after your order is placed.
TAKE YOUR LABS
The labs include easy step-by-step instructions to collect your sample and ship your sample. Simply follow the collection instructions and mail them back. Easy peasy. Once we get your results we’ll start creating your custom program.

What Make Your Labs & Programs Different?
I run labs, review the results with you line by line and then make a customized treatment plan & recommendations (based on your results & goals). Your custom plan will include a meal plan, workout plan, supplement recommendations (as needed based on your labs), and other lifestyle modifications and healing protocols.
You may find other people offering functional labs, but they’re not credentialed to discuss nutrition and/or exercise and/or mental & physical healing protocols. To my knowledge, I’m the only credential & experienced person on the Internet that is offering this service.

What States & Countries Can Order Labs?
Functional labs can vary based on location. Some labs are state restricted, meaning some states make it illegal to run functional labs.

Are Labs covered by insurance?
The labs are self-pay and aren’t covered by insurance. They also can vary in price. The lab I’ve partnered with takes different payment methods and offers a payment plan.
There are also at home tests I recommend in addition to functional labs that can be extremely helpful and free.

What Type of labs are these?
All of the labs I use and recommend are functional labs and test the function of your body or what’s affecting the funciton of your body.
They’re done from the convenience of your home using saliva (spit), swab (the mouth), stool, urine, and/or sometimes finger prick blood spot tests.
These labs are mailed directly to you the day after they’re ordered so you won’t have to waste time driving to a local lab, waiting forever for an appointment, or painful blood draws.
